2. Pricing & Live Rates Confirmation

Gold and silver rates fluctuate continuously in bullion markets. Please note the following regarding rates and pricing:

• The daily live rate ticker shown on this website is for informational guidance only and is sourced from our daily record updates.
• Final prices, exact item weight, wastage/making charges, and product availability must be confirmed directly at our showroom or via personal communication with our staff at the time of purchase.
• No price quotes on the website or via automated previews constitute a binding contract until verified and accepted in-store.

3. Hallmarking & Authenticity

All gold jewellery sold by Shree Amrat Jewellers carries the official BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) hallmark verifying purity (22K / 916 or 18K / 750). Silver articles and ornaments are crafted from pure silver as described in store. Every purchase is accompanied by an authentic shop receipt detailing purity, gross weight, and net weight.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Designs

Custom designs, bridal sets, name rakhis, and custom-sized jewellery are made to your requested design and budget. Variations in hand-crafted ornaments may occur. Custom fabrication begins upon mutual agreement on specifications and upfront token confirmation at our shop.

5. Instalment Purchase Scheme Terms

We offer an easy instalment purchase scheme to help families plan for jewellery purchases over time:

• Scheme Mechanism: You finalise your chosen product and its booked rate, pay an agreed percentage upfront, and pay the remaining balance in monthly instalments.
• Handover: The jewellery is handed over to you once the full agreed amount has been completely paid.
• Important Condition: Missing instalment payments for two to three (2–3) consecutive months voids the originally booked rate, and the prevailing market rate on the day of settlement will apply instead.
• Full details, booklet records, and scheme receipts are issued at our shop.

6. Intellectual Property

The shop logo emblem, branding, text, and imagery on this website are the property of Shree Amrat Jewellers. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any interactions with Shree Amrat Jewellers are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Silvassa, Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
